The prices, booking conditions and rules for using the are set out below
- 4 Months until 30 Days before the start of the tenancy: 30% of the rent
- 29 until 22 Days: 40% of the rent
- 21 until 15 Days: 60% of the rent
- 14 Days until 1 Day: 80% of the rent
- A flat-rate administration fee of €20 is payable up to 4 months before the start of the tenancy
- Minimum rental period is five days/nights
- Check in: 15:00 Uhr / Check out: 11:00 Uhr
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not permitted
- Not wheelchair accessible

- The place of jurisdiction is the municipality of Supetar
Prices fúr das Loft Apartment Postira, Brač per night include electricity and water, bed linen, hand and bath towels, free internet access (Wi-Fi), free satellite TV, a washing machine, air conditioning and free parking. A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining 70% of the total rental cost is payable 10 days before the start of your seaside holiday.
